When I walked into the Happy Hour, this adorable dress was the first thing I noticed! (Alas, I didn't get to meet Andrea...) I find this outfit COMPLETELY adorable.
the best little detail about this otufit was her socks... but I agree. Her dress cheered me up immediately when I walked into the door!
Thanks guys! I just checked out the etsy store she bought her lovely dress at and there's this super cute pink/white stripe skirt that I'm eyeing... what a beauty!
